Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn was born in the US. Her best-known role is Skyler White in the AMC Drama Breaking Bad, for which she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and in 2014 for Outstanding Supporting actress on a Drama Series. Other roles she has played include Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock from Deadwood. Born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in the year 1968, Anna Gunn fell in love acting at the age of Preparatory School after her family relocated to Ohio during the latter part of 1970. She attended theatre classes at Northwestern University and spent a semester studying at the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her professional career with Chicago-area theaters over a number of years. After that, she went on to TV and film. Anna had her biggest break in 1992 when she was cast as Arden for the duration of 29 episodes on Down the Shore.
